  - MolPure® Mag32 Residual DNA Sample Preparation Kit FA (Prepackaged, Pointed Bottom Plate) is suitable for pre-treatment of residual DNA detection in biological product samples. It uses unique magnetic beads and a carefully optimized buffer system to maximally separate and purify trace host DNA in samples. When used with magnetic bead-based automated extraction instruments and pipetting-based automated instruments, high-throughput extraction of nucleic acids can be achieved.
    This pre-treatment kit can be used in conjunction with a variety of host cell DNA residual (qPCR method) detection kits, including CHO host cell residual DNA detection kit, HEK293 host cell residual DNA detection kit, Vero host cell residual DNA detection kit, and E.coli residual DNA detection kit.
