MaxFB Chemically Defined Medium (ADCF)

This medium is suitable for use as a basal medium for CHO-K1, CHO-S, and CHO-DG44 cells as a supplemental additive in batch fed-batch culture processes.
This product is a chemically defined medium (CDM) which is Animal-Derived Component-Free (ADCF).
This product is a mixture of amino acids. It is free of growth factors, peptides, hydrolysates, phenol red, P188, HT and L-glutamine.
The application in batch fed-batch cultures of monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins significantly increases product expression (e.g., Fed-Batch MAB >5 g/L).
