Mag Beads Antibody Purification Kit (combing with Protein A Purification Kit)

The magnetic bead-based antibody purification reagent kits exhibit high antibody binding capacity and low nonspecific protein adsorption rates. The elution conditions are uniform, allowing for one-step purification of antibodies with a purity greater than 90% from serum samples. It is particularly suitable for simultaneously purifying multiple samples, and the volumes of samples and magnetic beads can be flexibly adjusted. The purification process can be easily scaled up, and different magnetic racks can process 1-96 samples simultaneously.

Users can choose the type of magnetic beads based on the species origin and subtype of the target antibody, such as Protein A or Protein A/G. For the affinity comparison of Protein A and Protein A/G beads with different antibodies, refer to Table 1 in the attached document.
