The LuxSit™ sPro PPI kit is a versatile Two-Component Split Reporter, enabling applications including Protein-Protein interaction (PPI) research and to create novel biosensors.
The LuxSit™ Pro products are offered as kits that enable scientists to build their desired applications. Each kit provides the following proprietary materials: (1) the reaction buffer, (2) substrate, and (3) substrate reconstitution buffer, and (4) an optional plasmid encoding LuxSit™ Pro.
