          Application Description
          Luciferin Substrate is used with 51-101 ATP Substrate 100 (tests) and is intended for in vitro studies of firefly luciferase. The reagent contains D-Luciferin and Luciferase activators and stabilisers to obtain a stable light (less than 2% decay per minute).
