Lentiviral vector-CMV, EF1a-NLS-RFP contains Multiple Cloning Sites (MCS) downstream of the CMV promoter, and nuclear RFP driven by the EF1a promoter as a reporter. Clone your gene of interest into the MCS, then co-transfect with EZ-LentiPACK Packaging System into packaging cells, such as 293T to produce VSV-G pseudotyped lentivirus. Transduced stable cells can be sorted with RFP fluorescence.
