      • Overview
        • The InSituVision Automated In Situ Sample Processing System enables comprehensive automation of multiple workflows involved in in situ sequencing experiments, including sample pretreatment, probe hybridization, rolling circle amplification (RCA), and probe detection.

Compared with manual operation, the InSituVision system significantly enhances detection performance and result stability, while reducing nearly 80% of manual labor time required in wet-lab procedures.

The system integrates continuous control of up to 18 microfluidic channels, along with temperature regulation, bubble removal, and oscillatory mixing functions. It consists of a main control unit and a core reaction module:
The main control unit provides reagent storage, fluid delivery, and negative pressure control.
The core module secures standard tissue slides via negative pressure adsorption and incorporates a reaction chamber for reagent processing.
The two components are connected through tubing and electrical wiring to ensure coordinated operation.

The InSituVision system is operated via computer-based software with pre-integrated in situ sequencing workflows. At the same time, the platform remains open and flexible, allowing users to modify reaction conditions and incubation times.

It also supports fully customized experimental programming, making it suitable as a personalized development platform. The system can be adapted for various tissue-based in situ applications, such as multiplex immunofluorescence.

          Features
          · Zoned Temperature Control for Reagent Storage:
The main control unit features independently temperature-controlled reagent compartments, ensuring reagent stability and reaction effectiveness.
An anti-bubble liquid control system ensures continuous and stable reagent delivery to the core reaction module.
          · Integrated Temperature Control in Core Module:
The core module enables rolling circle amplification (RCA) directly within the reaction chamber.
It also incorporates an oscillatory mixing function to ensure uniform reagent distribution across the tissue reaction area, improving reaction consistency and efficiency.
          · High-Level Automation:
The InSituVision system maximizes automation throughout the in situ sequencing workflow. In contrast, comparable international platforms typically automate only multi-round fluorescence imaging steps. Therefore, InSituVision provides a substantially higher level of workflow automation.
