InnoMedia® PSC ACF 02 Medium

InnoMedia® PSC ACF02 is a medium designed for feeder-free culture of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) and human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs). The complete InnoMedia® PSC ACF02 medium consists of a basal medium and additives, both of which are free of serum and animal-derived components, such as bovine serum albumin (BSA) or human serum albumin (HSA), minimizing batch-to-batch variation. The complete medium contains thermostable recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor (rhbFGF), recombinant human transforming growth factor β (rhTGFβ), and recombinant human serum albumin (rHSA), eliminating the need for additional growth factor supplementation. The InnoMedia® PSC ACF02 complete medium features more stable pH and key components. It can be used in combination with extracellular matrix components such as Matrigel or InnoMedia® AS ACF02 to maintain long-term large-scale expansion of pluripotent stem cells, and is also suitable for 3D suspension culture in bioreactors.
