      • Overview
        • Indole-3-Acetic Acid (IAA) is a natural auxin, a plant growth regulator or plant hormone that is required for the proper growth and development of plants.

The Benefits of Indole-3-Acetic Acid (IAA)
          · Promote cell enlargement and division, tissue differentiation, and response to light and gravity.
          · Stimulate root initiation and development
          · Helps establish apical dominance
          · Plays a role in the differentiation of vascular tissues (xylem and phloem)

How To Use Indole-3-Acetic Acid (IAA) Powder
Follow the given steps to prepare 1L tissue culture media using the IAA Powder:
          · Prepare liquid tissue culture media using the MS, DKW, or any other alternative media.
          · Add sugar based on the quantity of media you're making (generally, 30 grams of sugar is added for 1-liter media), 1 ml/L PPM, and 3-4 grams per liter of gellan gum or 6-8 grams per liter of agar.
          · Then, add the desired quantity of the plant hormone from the prepared PGR's stock solution.
