HYKK Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 396 amino acids (1-373a.a) and having a molecular mass of 44.3kDa. HYKK is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Hydroxylysine Kinase, also known as HYKK, is a Protein Coding gene. HYKK which is a part of the aminoglycoside phosphotransferase family catalyzes the GTPdependent phosphorylation of 5-hydroxy-L-lysine.
