Human Type III Collagen Powder Non-Sterile is a non-sterile, Type III collagen powder isolated from human placenta and is approximately 85% Type III collagen, 15% Type I. Commonly used to create a thin coating on tissue culture surfaces, this product may also be used as a control or for other in vitro applications, such as a substrate scaffold to facilitate cell attachment and proliferation. Suitable for many cell types.
Type III collagen is commonly found in skin and lung, as well as the intestinal and blood vessel walls.
