  - Application Description
    
    • The FluoroSpot assay is an effective tool with a high sensitivity to enumerate antigen-specific T cells with simultaneous detection of two different cytokines in the circulation of (non)immunized humans and animals.
    • Since the FluoroSpot assay is able to detect 2 cytokines simultaneously in one assay, the necessary amount of PBMCs required is lower. Therefore, the Fluorospot is an ideal tool for clinical trials with a limited amount of PBMCs.
    • The FluoroSpot assay can be used to evaluate T cell responses in individuals with type 1 diabetes or at risk of it.
