Human Hepatocytes mRNA Induction Assay Kit uses cDNA synthesized by reverse transcription of human hepatocyte mRNA as template, which is diluted with sterilized water and added directly to the Realtime PCR reaction solution to start the reaction, and then the mRNA level induction assay is performed to analyze the possibility of the enzyme induction caused by investigational drugs. This kit contains all components except the template of human hepatocytes to be tested, and all components of the kit have been subjected to strict quality control, high specificity of primers, and accurate test results.
