The HPV (52) Luciferase Pseudotyped Virus is packaged with the L1 (Q05138) and L2 (P36763) proteins, and contains the firefly luciferase gene. This pseudovirus is replication-defective, meaning it cannot produce new virus particles after infection. It can effectively infect HEK-293T SV40gp6 (HEK-293TT) cells, which overexpress the SV40 Large T antigen. This virus can be used for neutralizing antibody titer determination, inhibitor screening, viral entry studies, and HPV vaccine development.
