Hifair™ Superpro II One Step RT-qPCR Master Mix

HifairTM Superpro II One Step RT-qPCR Master Mix is a one-tube premixed kit for single or multiple quantitative PCR reactions using RNA as a template. During the experiment, reverse transcription and quantitative PCR were carried out in the same reaction tube, which simplified the experimental operation and reduced the risk of pollution. The kit supports primer and probe pre-mixing, allowing for a streamlined workflow—simply add the template to the prepared reaction mix and proceed directly to on-machine amplification.
