        • Hieff® Novel T4 DNA Ligase is a single enzyme product that can be used for DNA fragment and adapter connection in the NGS library construction process. The product has been verified by high-throughput sequencing and has excellent quality. This enzyme has efficient connection ability and is compatible with various samples. It is more advantageous for connecting complex structure nucleic acid fragments, such as the Bubble adapter of the BGI platform, and can obtain excellent sequencing quality.
