        • Hieff NGS® MagSP rRNA Removal Kit (Bacteria(G- and G+)) with purification beads uses streptavidin-labeled magnetic beads to remove ribosomal RNA from total RNA derived from bacteria (G- and G+) to retain messenger RNA (mRNA) and other non-coding RNA. This kit has good rRNA removal effect for both complete and partially degraded total RNA. The RNA samples obtained after rRNA removal can be used for high-throughput sequencing analysis of mRNA and non-coding RNA, which can significantly increase the proportion of effective data in sequencing results. It can also be used for cDNA synthesis and other downstream applications.

          Applicable to 10 ng~1 μg total RNA samples from bacteria (G- and G+) (if a single species rRNA is removed during the experiment, the total RNA amount cannot exceed 200 ng, and 100-200 ng is recommended).
