Hieff NGS® Fast-Pace End Repair/dA-Tailing Module

Hieff NGS® Fast-Pace End Repair/dA-Tailing Module is a DNA end repair/dA-tailing module specially designed for Illumina® high-throughput sequencing platform library construction. It has the advantages of high efficiency, rapidity and easy automation. This product is compatible with 1 ng-1 μg fragmented Input DNA. It can achieve end filling, 5' end phosphorylation and 3' end A-tailing reaction of fragmented DNA in a single tube, and obtain DNA products with phosphate groups at the 5' end and dA protrusion at the 3' end. This product can be used for library construction adapter ligation reaction using Hieff NGS® Fast-Pace DNA Ligation Module (Cat#12607) without purification.
This product has been used together with Hieff NGS® Fast-Pace DNA Ligation Module and 2×Hieff Canace®Ⅱ High-Fidelity Mix for Library Amplification for DNA library construction, and its effectiveness has been verified by sequencing on Illumina® high-throughput platform. All reagent components provided in this product have been strictly quality-tested to ensure the excellent performance and batch-to-batch stability of the product to the highest extent.
