GTP, short for Guanosine-5'-triphosphate, can be used for a variety of related applications in molecular biology, such as in vitro transcription, RNA amplification, siRNA synthesis, etc. In addition, GTP plays an important role in signal transduction as a phosphoric acid or pyrophosphoric acid messenger: GTP activates G protein, which induces various protein kinase-mediated cascades, leading to various cytological behaviors, such as cell proliferation and differentiation. GTP can also be used as a high energy precursor of single nucleotides and participate in the enzyme synthesis of DNA and RNA. This product is GTP sodium saline solution with purity ≥96% (HPLC), concentration is 10mM±2mM, and is free from endonuclease, exonuclease and ribonuclease contamination.
GTP processes are strictly controlled to ensure the end products free from impurities following the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Guidelines. We guarantee the manufacturing and quality control comply with GMP regulation for tracking each and every step of the manufacturing process, including raw material sourcing.
This product has passed the HALAL certification.
