        • GSTSep Glutathione Agarose Resin is a GST-tagged protein purification resin. It is made of 6% cross-linked agarose gel as the matrix and covalently bound to reduced glutathione by chemical methods through a 12-atom spacer arm. This design greatly improves the purification efficiency of the resin, allowing it to carry >20 mg of GST fusion protein per milliliter of matrix.
          In addition, this product has good specificity and high cost-effectiveness, and can purify glutathione-S-transferase, glutathione-dependent proteins and recombinant glutathione derivatives in various expression systems in one step.
