GSTSep Glutathione Agarose Resin 4FF

GSTSep Glutathione Agarose Resin 4FF is a GST-tagged protein purification resin. Its structure is based on highly cross-linked 4% agarose gel as the matrix. It is made by chemically covalently binding reduced glutathione through a 12-atom spacer arm. It has higher physical and chemical properties, can withstand higher pressures, and can purify the target protein at a relatively high flow rate. It is more suitable for industrial large-scale protein purification. In addition, this product has good specificity and high cost-effectiveness. It can purify glutathione-S-transferase, glutathione-dependent proteins and glutathione recombinant derivatives in various expression systems in one step.
