Background

This kit uses the spin column and formula developed by our company, which can efficiently recover high-purity DNA fragments from agarose gel. The kit can recover DNA fragments in a wide range. Under normal conditions, DNA fragments of 30bp-10kb can be recovered. A minimum of 30μL of eluent can be used to increase the concentration of recovered DNA.
