  - GAGE12F Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 140 amino acids (1-117aa) and having a molecular mass of 15.4kDa. GAGE12F is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. GAGE12Fis a member of the GAGE multigene family expressed in a large range of tumorswhereas in normal tissues, his expression is restricted to germ cells. Thesegenes are organized in clustered repeats, and have a high degree of forecasted sequenceidentity, however differ by scattered single nucleotide substitution. Theirsequences contain either the antigenic peptide YYWPRPRRY or YRPRPRRY which isrecognized by cytotoxic T-cells.
