F(ab')2 Mertansine (DM1) Conjugation Kit

This kit for labeling any F(ab')2 with mertansine (DM1) using an SMCC (succinimidyl trans-4-(maleimidylmethyl)cyclohexane-1-carboxylate) linker for early stage screening of your antibody.

This kit includes SMCC and DM1, which can be coupled to the F(ab')2 sequentially via surface amines (a method developed by Immunogen). The product is purified to remove any unreacted drug.

This kit provides materials to label either 0.73 to 2.2 mg of one (CM11419x1) or three (CM11419x3) F(ab')2 samples.
