This product can play the role of closing the PCR reaction system (PCR mix + amplification template + digital PCR mix stabilizer) in the process of generating water-in-oil droplets by droplet digital PCR, ensuring the airtightness of the PCR reaction system during the process of pressurizing the instrument to generate droplets.

Instructions for use
Taking a 20 μl PCR reaction system as an example, first add the PCR reaction system to the chip of the microdroplet digital PCR instrument, and then slowly add 5 μl of this product above it. If you need to use a PCR reaction system of other volumes, you can increase the added volume of this product appropriately. The final amount added is based on whether this product completely covers the liquid surface of the PCR reaction system.
