- Overview
  - This product contains reverse transcriptase MMLV, Taq polymerase, reaction buffer, dNTP, MgCl2 and droplet stabilizer, with a concentration of 2×. This product is suitable for droplet digital PCR detection. When preparing the digital PCR reaction system, just mix the template, primers and probe with this product. This product is a hot start enzyme, inactive at room temperature, and has 5'→3' DNA polymerase and 5'→3' exonuclease activity, but no 3'→5' exonuclease activity.
    
    Instructions for use
    In order to achieve optimal amplification efficiency, we recommend that the length of the PCR amplicon should not be greater than 200 bp, and the recommended reaction system is 20 μl. If your amplicon is longer, you can appropriately extend the extension temperature time.
