Diamond Protein L is an innovative affinity resin obtained by coupling Protein L ligands on the highly rigid agarose base matrix via epoxy activation. Its high rigidity agarose enjoys higher flow velocity and lower back pressure than conventional resins. Besides, the variable zone between the Protein L ligands and Kappa antibody light chain possesses strong affinity. It is also suitable for the capture of antibody fragments, including Fab, single chain antibody fragment (scFv) and regional antibody (dAbs), from large-volume cell culture medium.
