CHO MaxH1 Chemically Defined Medium (ADCF)

This medium is suitable for use as a basal medium for CHO-K1, CHO-S and CHO-DG44 cells in batch and fed-batch culture processes.
This product is a chemically defined medium (CDM) which is Animal-Derived Component-Free (ADCF).
This product contains amino acids, vitamins, glucose, growth factors, lipids, cholesterol, inorganic salts, and trace elements and is free of hydrolysates, peptides, and phenol red.
The dry powder medium contains P188 and HT, without L-glutamine.
