Cellulase R-10 or "Onozuka R-10”, is derived from Trichoderma Viride, and consist of different enzymes including cellulase, protease, hemicellulase, and pectinase. Cellulases are a series of enzymes which are produced by a broad range of microorganisms including fungi, bacteria, and actinomycetes. They play an important role in the hydrolysis of lignocellulosic polymer materials such as cellulose and some related polysaccharides.
