Transwell Plates – For Permeability Assays: 24- or 96-well plates with Transwell inserts seeded with 21-day differentiated and polarized Caco-2 cells. According to leading regulatory agencies, this cell model is considered the gold standard for assessing the intestinal permeability of new oral drugs in in vitro preclinical studies.
Standard Multiwell Plates – Other Assays: 24 or 96 flat-bottom plates seeded with Caco-2 cells for toxicity tests and other molecular biology assays.
