BTF3 Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 229 amino acids (1-206 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 24.6kDa. BTF3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Basic transcription factor 3 (BTF3), which is a member of the NAC-beta family, forms a stable complex with RNA polymerase II. The BTF3 protein is vital for the initiation of transcription.
