Azido-PEG3-CH2CO2Me is a crosslinker containing an azide group and methyl ester. The azide group enables Click Chemistry reactions. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. Methyl ester can be hydrolyzed under strong basic condition.
