      • Overview
        • For hygiene control measurements of ATP down to 10⁻¹⁷mole
ATP Reagent HS Hygiene Control is reconstituted with 22-072 Diluent B (dropper bottle) which enables the user to transfer the reconstituted reagent to the test tube by the use of the dropper bottle instead of having to use a pipett.

      • Applications
        • Application
For hygiene control measurement of ATP down to 10^-17 mole
          Application Description
ATP Reagent HS is a High Sensitivity (HS) reagent with high levels of luciferase which results in a moderate ATP- and light emission decay (-6%/min). The high activity also has the effect that any contamination caused during reconstitution is quickly degraded. The reagent is suitable for measurements down to 10^-17 mole ATP and is stable enough to use with a luminometer with or without dispensers. Please note that 12-071 ATP Reagent HS is in a size especially developed for hygiene control purposes.
