    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
    WB-Preliminary experiments gave bands at approx 150kDa in Rat Testis lysates after 0.01µg/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the calculated size of 199kDa according to Rat NP_001171542.1. The detected band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
    IHC-Paraffin embedded Brain. Recommended concentration: 5µg/ml.
