    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
    WB-Preliminary experiments in human brain lysates gave no specific signal but low background.
    IHC-In paraffin embedded Human Brain Stem shows layered neuronal staining. Recommended concentration: 4-6µg/ml.
