    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
    WB-Approx 55kDa band observed in Human Thymus and in lysates of cell line Jurkat and approx. 60kDa in lysates of cell line HeLa,. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on cell line NIH3T3 for this particular batch.
