    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
    WB-Approx 40kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines HeLa and HepG2 and in Human Kidney lysates. Recommended concentration: 0.1-1µg/ml. Primary incubated 1 hour at room temperature.
    IF-Strong expression of the protein seen in the nuclei of MCF7 cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
