    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.
    WB-Approx 75kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines HeLa, Daudi and NIH3T3, and approx. 80kDa in lysates of cell line U937. This molecular weight is routinely observed by other sources. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
