    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
    WB-Approx 23kDa band observed in Human Brain lysates. Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.1µg/ml. A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 150kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
