  - Application Description
    
    This antibody can be used in ELISA (1: 2,000 dilution), Western blot (1: 1,000 dilution) and indirect immunofluorescence (1: 500 dilution). S.phocae is a Gram-positive, non-spore forming, facultative anaerobic cocci. It is the causative agent of an acute disease on fish species characterized by haemorrhages on the skin and different organs and muscle. This disease can lead to high mortality with significant economic losses.
