    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.
    WB-Approx 16kDa band observed in Human Peripheral Mononucleocyte lysates. The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
    IHC-Paraffin embedded Human Lung and Liver. Recommended concentration: 2.5ug/ml.
