          ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
          WB-Approx 55kDa band observed in Human Testis and Lung lysates and approx. 50kDa in nuclear lysates of cell lines HepG2 and Jurkat. Recommended concentration 0.5-2µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
