Goat polyclonal antibody to mouse Rab11a. Rab11a belongs to the small ATPase superfamily, Rab family. The protein is membrane-bound and plays essential roles in vesicle and granule targeting. Similar to Rab11b, it has been shown that Rab11a associates with recycling endosomes.

Overview
Immunohistochemistry staining was carried out on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human mammary tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval, using Anti-Rab11a polyclonal antibody at a 1:200 dilution.
Immunofluorescence was carried out on 0.1% saponin permeabilized and methanol fixed NHI/3T3 cells, using Anti-Rab11a polyclonal antibody at a 1:100 dilution.
Western Blot was carried out using Anti-Rab11a polyclonal antibody at a 1:2,500 dilution, with lysates of 100 µg per lane and secondary antibody rabbit anti-goat IgG (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution.
