    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
    WB-Approx 75kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HepG2. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Negative Control: KLY cell lysate.
    IHC-In paraffin embedded Human Liver shows cytoplasmic staining consistent with ER in the hepatocytes. Recommended concentration: 2-4µg/ml.
    IF-Strong expression of the protein seen in the nuclei of HeLa and HepG2 cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
