Primary incubation 1hr (10ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (4ug/ml), showing cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (b STJ72755 (0.3µg/ml) staining of A549 cell lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Detected by chemiluminescence.

    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
    WB-Approx 48-50kDa band observed in lysates of cell line A549. This molecular weight is routinely observed by other sources. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse and Rat Kidney and Liver for this particular batch.
    IHC-Paraffin embedded Human Uterus. Recommended concentration: 5µg/ml.
    IF-Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of A431 cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
