    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
    WB-Preliminary testing showed a band at approx 30kDakDa in Human Placenta and Spleen lysate, and approx. 28kDa in Human Bone Marrow lysate after 0.3-0.5µg/ml antibody staining. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.

    FC-A customer reported weak staining of HEK293 cells at a concentration of 10ug/ml.
