  - Application Description
    
    This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:8,000 dilution) and Western Blot. It recognizes the N-terminal domain of the transcriptional activator PCAF. This domain of PCAF contains a region that interacts with p300/CBP and it competes with the adenoviral E1A oncoprotein for binding to p300/CBP as a potential tumor suppressor.
