    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
    WB-Approx 35kDa band observed in lysates of cell line A431. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing MORF4L2 a band of approx. 37kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. Primary incubation was for 1 hour.
