Antigen Distribution: Anti-Mouse CD90 (Thy-1) is present on thymocytes, most peripheral T-lymphocytes, some intraepithelial T-lymphocytes, epithelial cells, fibroblasts, neurons and hematopoietic stem cells, but not B-cells of most mice tested.
Specificity: Rat anti-Mouse CD90 (Clone HK2.1) recognizes the Thy-1.1 and Thy-1.2 alloantigens of all mouse strains tested. This antibody is reported to stimulate mouse T-cell proliferation.
Endotoxin: ≤ 1.0 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method
