Antigen Distribution: CD70 is expressed on activated T Cells, B Cells, and dendritic cells.
Specificity: Clone TAN 1-7 recognizes mouse CD70.
Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Isotype Control: Rat IgG2a In Vivo Isotype Control – Low Endotoxin (1-1)

Background
CD70, a cytokine and also known as CD27 ligand, is a member of the tumor necrosis family. As a cytokine, CD70 plays a role in regulating B cell activation, cytotoxic function of natural killer cells, and immunoglobulin synthesis. Non-small cell lung cancer research has shown that CD70 increases the survivability of tumor cells and T cells by signaling through its receptor CD27.
